how do mean? i have and i dont get any prompts to open or to save or view.

Make sure your email format is NOT html. Use plain text, attach the picture, and email it to yourself to read on your blackberry. Scroll to the attachment at the very bottom and click for option to "open attachment".

If you still don't have the option for opening the attachment after it is just a plain text email with a jpg attachment, contact T-Mo to make sure you have attachment viewing available on your BIS account.
