So, I am the proud owner of a brand new 7290 on Cingular. I had a 7230 on TMO way back when, and I missed it. Now that I can sync with my Mac (Pocketmac seems to be working so far) I am glad to have my Berry back.
One problem, though. I configured BIS for my personal and work e-mail, but only my personal account comes through. I checked my configuration, user name, e-mail address, server, and password, and everything is correct. I understand it may be an issue with our company's ISP, but I was able to configure a WM5.0 device to pull e-mail from this account (took the PPC back, though). Anyone else use cBeyond for mail? Our company account is with them, and I've heard a rumor that I won't be able to set up the BlackBerry to retrieve my e-mail.
Any suggestions? It would be pretty lame if I got this for work and can't get my work e-mail. I've put in an e-mail to cBeyond, but don't expect to hear back from them too soon. Thanks from a newbie.
