Have to be on BES 4.0 or view them from a website using the ReqWireless browser.

If you are only on BWC or do not have BES 4.0, you can view only:
.... DOC, TXT, XLS, PDF

If you do have BES 4.0, you can additionally view these too:
.... JPG, GIF, TIFF, PNG

Hopefully future versions of BWC (maybe BlackBerryOS 4.1?) will contain the ability to do image attachments. I have no idea about RIM's internal plans for this, but hopefully this will become a feature in the future.

In the meantime, use a web browser (Use Reqwireless if needed) to access the email from the webmail site and view the image from there.
