I'm a 7100i user. Is there a Blackberry with dictation ability? That is one that enables the user to dictate short notes, memos, etc. like with some cell phones?

No - there are no BlackBerrys with any voice recording capabilities.

Steve, you do have an option with the Nextel network. Its called nextmail, www.nextmail.com, this service allows you to dictace notes upto 5 minutes long and have them sent as an audio file to any email address. you use your Direct connect to record your notes and they are then sent to the email address you assigned.

I use it to record notes, send messages to co-workers, clients, friends, and family. its so much faster then typing an email while on the run.
