I'm a new member, so if this should have been posted to another section, please let me know.

I have a 7250 (Verizon) and my company uses the latest version of BES. I am a sales rep with a huge territory and spend almost no time in an office. My Blackberry syncs wirelessly with Outlook but, of course, my company has recently set us up with Salesforce.com, which requires Outlook to sync from the "real" computer.

Here's my problem: I have to put together a report every week of everything I've done out in the field. I've figured out how to attach notes to telephone calls, but I'd like to know how to get that info onto my laptop. Does this require a 3rd party application? I don't mind if it does, as long as it's not too expensive. I do my call reports in Word, so anything that I can export a comma or tab delimited file from, or simply copy & paste from, would be fine with me. Any ideas?

i just email my calls to myself after I add notes.

Not to be completely stupid, but how do I do that? I read that you can email a call log to yourself, but I don't know how to do it.

you have to email each call... when your view the notes click in and there is an option to email or forward there.

OK, I see it now as "Forward".

Is this really the only way get that info onto my laptop? It may be, because I can't find anything mentioned in any of the Blackberry books I've looked at.
