i have a 7250 on verizon. i didn't get an email all weekend. i checked my inbox and there were emails on the server. i came to work this morning and went to the web client to see what was wrong. when i got there i had to update my web client. after i wanted to see if the emails were making it to the web client, but i could not find a place to check the inbox. it just lists the email accounts. no way to change my profile or look at my inbox on the web client server.

is there something i am missing here?

Sorry, but the updated BIS no longer uses an inbox. Do a search for BIS 2.0 in the Network forum for detailed information on the changes.
