Exclamation Verizon BIS "From" Issue...

Please Login to Remove!

I'll try to make the question/issue clear & quick:

When I am composing a new email on my handheld, I can change the "from" address by scrolling up & changing the "using" option to whichever address I have set up in my BIS.

The problem comes when I am trying to reply to an email on my handheld (regardless of which email address it is coming to), it automatically replies from my vzw.blackberry.net address & I do not have the option to change it.

Does anyone have a solution or insight on how to correct this issue...?

Thanx in advance!!

Are you forwarding all of your e-mail to your blackberry.net address or do you have each of your accounts set up separately in BIS?

If you are using BIS 2.0 (VZW does) your BB should use whatever address the e-mail came in under as the Sent From Address. If all of your e-mail is forwarded to your blackberry.net address, then your Sent From address on your reply will be your blackberry.net address. One way to avoid this is to configure BIS to use an alternate Reply To Address for your blackberry. net adresss. Another solution would be to stop forwarding your e-mail to your blackberry.net address and configure your accounts separately. All in all, there is no way to change your Sent From Address for replies you send (we used to have that option with the old BIS).
