There are many free apps you can search for:

BBToday
BBWeather
Berry 411
Google Local Mobile

And more.....

Have you tried our friendly search feature? Searching will provide you with a plethora of results. Google is a good place to search as well. If you can't find anything, then feel free to ask away. Just make sure you do you own homework first

What a unique idea - use the "Search" button. Been suggested more than once today. To you.

Most apps have two methods. OTA (over the air) and Application loader (on the desktop manager). Once you FIND a free app, download it via OTA or download the ZIP file.

If you go the ZIP file, then extract the contents and start the Desktop manager and then start the Application loader and select ADD. then find the file that you extracted and load the application.

That simple.

Have you tried using the Web Client for accessing external POP3 accounts yet? The Web Client service is something that comes with you BB's wireless plan.

We can't really give you info if you dont provide us with any links or applications that you're looking at. You have to FIND something first. I can tell you about every app that I have on my BB. But that doesnt necessarily mean that you want to know about them

Just curious, but why would you get a BB and not get the data plan associated with it?

It's not as uncommon as you think. Altogh it seems as though this guy wants the mail functions via regular data rather than the berry mail. Seems a little counter-intuitive to me.

Then your SOL, No BlackBerry Data Plan no data on your BlackBerry period, end of story and no there's no way around it. Just a heads up if you own a NEXTEL BlackBerry and don't have a BlackBerry Data Plan they add it for you.

Have you tried to do anything with Data on your BB yet. I'm willing to bet that either your going to be very suprised at your bill or very dissappointed. I didn't think any service provider allowed a data cinnection from a BB without a BB data plan. No BB Plan = No Data Service!

Hope this helps.
