Default Delay in recieving E-mails

I currently use BIS through tmobile and forward business emails to our BIS accounts. It works out really well but lately I've had sales reps calling complaining that they have not recieved emails all day. Rebooting the devices sometimes works and sometimes do not. Most of the time it is just *poof* all emails start coming through. Tmobile is ususally no help. Does anyone else experiense this or is there any way to correct it? Thanks
