Nope. You can not do any of those things through the T-Mobile BIS. You do those on your BlackBerry only.

go to my.t-mobile.com website from there try setting up another email account. like mine, i set up 3 accounts. [email address] , [email address] and [email address] all the reply address goes to my gmail account. i always use the gmail too, as default when writing an email on my bb. I find it easier that way. i think what you did is sure enough people will not know your tmo.blackberry.net email account. or maybe i'm wrong

Umm, correct me if I'm wrong, but if you set up 3 email accounts, then you'll have 3 folders. So if you click on the "name@gmail" account, it will come from that account, and if you click on the folder that says messages, you can choose "sent from"? I might be wrong, I always click on the email addy's appropriate folder to chose where I want it to come from. Your email's server acts as the server for storage. When I send emails from my mac account, they are all in my sent folder, so does this mean my mail storage is limited to what I have for .mac? If so, that's a genious way for blackberry to clear out their bis servers and effectively pass the buck onto your email provider.

Even though you get individual email boxes for each account, you still have a MAIN one that aggregates all the messages together. Many of us just use this one and hide the other email boxes.

You can still choose which account you are sending from (if you want it to come from something other than the account that is defined as default) by just clicking the wheel and selecting the right one.

Just another path to the same destination...
