exactlly how would I accomplish this?

It is not possible for a Nextel device (phone or BlackBerry) to operate on the Cingular network. Cingular and Nextel operate different networks. Cingular uses GSM/GPRS/EDGE and Nextel uses iDEN.

Even if you could why would you want to? Nextel Blackberries are bigger and have an ugly antenna...
