Default recording a call?

Please Login to Remove!

Does anyone know how I might go about recording a phone call on my Blackberry? I need to interview someone at length over the phone, and I'd like to record the entire call because there's going to be a high degree of technical information that I'll need to refer to later.

I realize there's no on-board facility for doing this. Wondering if there is some kind of BT recorder out there or something that would allow this. Or, do you think I could wire a recorder in-line with the headset jack and use a wired headset?

This sure won't be a useful post, haha > i don't think that's likely. The Blackberry is used in content sensitive environments.. I doubt you can easily record a call. With the in-line and such, I'm sure you could do something easily if you know what you're doing.

I am not sure if this is what you are looking for but I use a similar service with a couple of my clients. This service allows you to change your number from your handset to any number (you will probably need to display your business name), record the call and (but probably wont use) change your voice. It kind of work like a calling card. But you be the judge of the service. Here's the sites address:

Hope that this helps.
