Hi All,

I am using BES 4.0 for exchange and all works fins, i have issue with accpeting meeting from the blackberry - when i accept meeting from my blackberry the meeting request is still in my outlook inbox and wont disappear although the meeting has accepted and scheduled in the outlook calendar.

Is this by design or i am having bad configuration ?

do you have wireless reconcile on? As well, I believe in Outlook you can change the way meeting requests are accpeted in Tools>Options then check the Calendar section.

Thanks for the input, i have reconcile on and the reconciliation works fine the meeting are synching currectlly the only issue is when i accept them on my blackberry (and they indeed go into the outlook calendar as well) the meeting request still show on my outlook>inbox althought it is already scheduled in calendar, is this how it is design or it supposed to disapeer from the outlook>inbox ? is this mybe setting on the blackberry ?
