Could someone please offer some assistance....

I'm using an 8700c and web client... my email is sent to both my blackberry and outlook, but even if I havent opened the email, it is marked as being read on outlook. I've tried to turn off the wireless reconciliation in hopes that may help, but when I tried to do that it said "web client only supports wireless reconciliation of deletes." So basically, is there anything I can do to get the emails to stay in bold type (meaning they have not been read) on outlook and still get them on the blackberry.

Problem
A Post Office Protocol 3 (POP3) email account that is integrated with the BlackBerryxxx174; account receives new email messages marked as xxx8220;Readxxx8221;.

Cause

The message is marked as xxx8220;Readxxx8221; at the Microsoftxxx174; Exchange Server.

If you have access, or a sympathetic mail server admin, you could open up IMAP service. If this is a possibility you could open up IMAP, remove the integration and then readd. Since it's the POP commands specifically that are causing it logically IMAP would remedy it.
