Hello all,

I have setup my personal emails to go to my Blackberry. Such as Aol and Gmail and they work great. I also have an email account with my Hosted Website and for some reason my email will not be sent to my Blackberry. I have Cingular so I can go online and setup the email account and I receive a green check mark that the account is Valid...

Has anyone seen this before, is it something with the Web Hosting Site. I use lunarpages.com as my hosted service.

Or does anyone know what Hosted service will work with their BB.

Two most common reasons integrated accounts don't get pulled by BIS: no messages on the server or too many messages on the server.

If you're getting a valid check mark it means BIS can log in. Check your mail client to make sure you're leaving a copy of messages on the server. If you are make sure it is removing them after they are a couple of days old. If it's not a POP account but IMAP then muh uh nuh.

The best thing to do, as opposed to trying to use the POP to log in and extract messages every 15 minutes, is to create a rule on your e-mail, either server-side or through the rules feature of your e-mail program on the server to "automatically forward a copy of the messages to" your handheld e-mail address...ie. .
