Default Using a non-cache'd version of a page

Please Login to Remove!

I was wondering, do any of you know a way to auto-update a webpage, so if a user goes to it, it'll not user the cache'd version ?

When I visit my site the cache'd version always loads up.

Regards.

Default

Caching is controlled on the client side. On a Blackberry you would have to manually clear the cache. Though it seems that the cache "auto-expires" at some point as timing seems to affect whether the sites I visit are cached or not (I never really manually empty my cache).
