I have a user whose blackberry will NOT update the date/time, emails, or last phone calls made.
The weird thing is, the server is showing all the emails are going to her phone and that everything is communicating properly. In addition, her phone is doign all of the visual/audio alerts for new messages arriving to her phone. She is telling me her date on the phone is still April 4th....
I have pulled the battery, had her soft reset, pulled the sim card....nothing is fixing this issue.
Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?

Just an fyi - I had one 7290 that, after setting the device to obtain the date/time info from the network, began to 'run ahead' in time! The time accelerated ahead - with days elapsing on the handheld in a matter of hours.
Troubleshooting included moving the SIM to another device, and the SIM from a working device to the new one - the problem stayed with the new, defective, handheld. Ultimately - a warranty exchange...
