Default unable to log into BIS

This has happened twice so far today. When I go to log into my BIS on my 7290 I receive the message invalid user Id or password and after a few attempts I'm locked out. Chatted with Cingular about this and they reset my password all was fine when I did this again at lunch time I received the same message; however, when I log onto BIS on my laptop computer using the very same user ID and Passcode that the handheld won't let me use it works fine. I have been trying to get this straightened out through Cingular and so far no one has a clue. Any suggestions?
