Default Email not deleting from Outlook 2003

Please Login to Remove!

When deleting it from the handheld. Email reconciliation is set to prompt, user selects delete from handheld and inbox and it only deletes from the handheld. Message in outlook remains.

Using 4.1 of the desktop software.

Did the user turn the "Wireless Reconcile" off?
Did the user move the mail to personal folder?
How about the read and unread status?
Is it can reflect handheld when the user delete mail from the mailbox?
Did you turn the "Wireless Reconcile" off from the BES?

are you on a BES or using BIS?
if you're using BIs what version? 1.8 or 2.0?
only 2.0 will reconcile down to your Outlook and then it depends on how you have your account integrated (only IMAP; OWA; mail connector will reconcile..iNotes might not 100% sure)

Using BES, and have more than this user using a blackberry, however only a couple are having this issue. therefore it leads me to believe is on the users side, not the server side. However I am not sure what 'it' is.

Not sure about wireless reconcile, he is using a .pst files, not sure about read and unread status, not sure about deleting from outlook and deleting from the blackberry. Not sure about wireless reconcile off from the server as well, although I 99% sure its on.

I am assuming wireless reconciliation is turned on because he is getting email updates on his handheld, its just not deleting it in Outlook when he deletes it from his handheld.

RIM actually told me to change Wireless Reconcile from prompt to Mailbox and Handheld.
