THe BIS service only allows for one reply address. You can log into you BIS and apply which is best uder options or profile. You can also try BBReply, please search it's been posted many times. Note it will only modify the reply address not the from field.

Login to My Tmobile, then click on "email" link under Messaging. That should take you to the BIS.

with T-Mobile you'll have a seperate service book for each email address
in order to change what email address is your default to send from you need to go into options -> message services (might be options -> advanced options -> messages services in 4.1)
highlight the address already listed, click the track whell and choose to change to another address

as an FYI - your address book will remeber the last service book you sent using
there for if you sent an email to say your friend Bob using your T-Mobile address and then change your message services to your Gmail address, the next message you send to Bob will still use the T-Mobile address
So before you send an email just make sure you check what it is "send using" before you send

hope that isn't too confusing
