|  Email redirection when cradled yet marked in Desktop software to disable
Please Login to Remove! I have a customer with a brand new Blackberry unit. She is using the Desktop software version 4.0. The unit works fine but she is still receiving emails when the unit is cradled. We use exchange with redirection to handheld.
Any ideas how to fix this issue? |
