Default Hotkeys on Home Screen - 7520

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 7520 and every icon on the home screen has an underlined letter in the description indicating a hotkey (Messages, Phone for example). However, we have another 7520 in our organization that doesn't have underlined letters in the icon descriptions. I've searched and searched through the posts and the faq on this site as well as the product documentation to enable "hotkeys", but haven't found it as of yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Kelly

Select the phone icon; click the wheel and select options, then select General Options. Change Dial from home screen to No and the shortcuts wil appear.
