Anyone else getting a unusual amount of SPAM in thier INBOX tonite? Seems in the last 6 hours I have gotten at least 15. I hardly EVER get spam in my GMAIL INBOX.

I used to get no SPAM whatsoever. I have been getting more spam than usual lately. However, I have had only one slip through the spam filter. Very impressive

No extra spam tonight. Anyway I am to full from dinner to eat any spam....

I have had my gmail account for some time now and just starting to get a few spam's every week but they get dumped in the spam bin....

Someone might have reg your gmail address on a bad site....

I've had about 3 total today that slipped through....and what's weird is they're all for prescription drugs.

"ORDER NOW - XANAX, AMBIEN!!!!!!"
"Buy legal XANAX now"
"VALIUM refill is ready"

(Ok, who told that I've been stressed out lately!!?? The dr gave me a prescription for them, honest!!) haha

A filter go haywire?

Is your mail server spam protection maybe failing?

Most providers don't filter the spam coming into their networks and expect their blackberry customers to setup filters under there BB web accounts to filter as much as possible.

If you have your own email/bes server you need to make sure your email server spam filter software is up-to-date.
