Default Email behaviour Blackberry and Notes

Please Login to Remove!

Can someone explain what will cause this? Email is coming to Blackberry device but not on Lotus Notes inbox. We have BES server running.

How can I fix this issue?

open the message and scroll to the top. what does the 'Using:' line say?

if it doesn't say Desktop (secure) then it's not coming in through the BES

If it's associated with a BIS account (previously owned BlackBerry or the user set it up themselves).

Other options are Pin to PIN messages, SMS messages, MMS messages (depending on bb model)
