Default Some BIS Messages not being Forwared to Device

Please Login to Remove!

Some messages being sent to my BIS address appear in BIS web client but never get forwared to the BB device. I have no filters applied, have reloaded my OS on the 8700c and re-sent service books several times. Still the same. I'd say about 1 out of 10 messages don't make it to the device. These are to my *@mycingular.blackberry.net address not any POP3 account. Only thing I can thing of next is to delete the BIS account on the web and re-create it. I don't imagine this is something I can do. I'll have to call Cingular support I guess but they have yet to solve any issues I or anyone I know have had. Any Ideas?

I read somewhere on the forum that if you are using a different OS that the cingular OS it causes delivery problems. I believe it was in the Blackberry Network forum.

Are you using the BIS 1.8 or the BIS 2.0 (the new version). I was having the same problem of not all of my e-mail being sent to my device (on verizon), but as soon as I reluctantly upgraded to BIS 2.0, the problem no longer exists.

Cingulars bis 2.0 isnt out yet I dont believe. I'm having the same problem and I'm using cls 4.1 running zen theme. Now that Cingular's updated 4.1 came out I'll try updating to that to see if it clears things up. Thanks whsbuss

Oopsie. I thought I read that BIS 2.0 came out. Perhaps it was the OS that I saw was updated. Sorry for the confusion!

I'm using the stock Cingular OS. It was happening on ZEN and Orange so I loaded the nold Cing back. Still happening. I get all my messages on my Verizon BB BIS 2.0 I'd love to try Cing BIS 2.0 but so would lots of other people. If they can't fix this I'm going to have to leave Cing and get hit with the $175 fee but I can't be missing these jobs.
