I am trying to create a corporate shared calendar that i can share with everyone in my office. We have Microsoft Outlook 2003, an in house MS Exchange Server, and Blackberries. Here are the requirements:

1. When we schedule a meeting in MS Outlook 2003, we need to be able to invite the corporate calendar, and it should automatically accept.

2. After the meeting, anyone who attended needs to be able to open the meeting appointment from their Blackberry Calendar and write meeting notes in the Notes Section of the Appointment. When they update, it should update in the Notes section of the Corp. Calendar. This way, we all have an up to date record of all of our meetings.

If anyone knows of how to catch all of these requirements with the resources we have (or with additional resources), please let me know. I greatly appreciate it.
