Default SRP Identifier

Please Login to Remove!

Our BB admin has recently left the company and now we need to add a server to the bb administration utility. It's asking for the SRP identifier and SRP authentication key. We cannot find the installation cd. Is there another way to find this info or do we have a major problem?

Thanks.

thats kinda what we're trying to avoid at this point. If there's no other route, we'll have to do it....

You don't already have an exisiting server in the BB Manager? If you're trying to setup a new BB server that's different from the existing one then yes you'll have no choice but to contact RIM if you don't have the SRP details. Otherwise if there's an existing server checking the properties on that will give you what you need or running the BB Server Config utility.
