Default Phone Log Help

I have a user with a BB 7510 v4.0.2.37
The user syncs with BES v
Exchange 2003 server

In his call log, all Direct Connect calls show the number only.
Phone calls show the caller name.
I verified that the Direct Connects are entered in his address book under DC.

Any idea why the name would not show up on Direct Connect calls?

The user did use his SIM card in a i7100 for a while to evaluate the product, when it was put back in his 7510 the problem started.

any help would be appreciated

I'm having this problem now, too, on my 7100i - and I didn't used to. And I have a user with a 7520 that is is suddenly happening to. We're on BES 4.0.4, Exchange 2003 SP3, all device OS software is the latest (well, the ONLY for my 7100i).

Odd that I used to be able to see the caller name for Direct Connect, and now I can't......
No longer a BES Admin, but it was fun while it lasted!
