I've recently had to recreate a server in the admin console. I'm now receiving "srp status - disconnected" in the admin console. We have contacted RIM and they stated that our SRP ID is not disabled/locked. We do not have the original cd but instead used the SRP id/key from the <servername.version.cached.property> file. We did not know if there was a "host routing information" needed for the setup. We have used the BBSRPTEST utility and it comes back successfull. We only have ONE blackberry server and one SRP ID registered with RIM.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
