Default OS 4.1 Upgrade on 7520

Please Login to Remove!

I am trying to upgrade my OS from 4.0 to 4.1. I downloaded the most recent Desktop Manager and the vendor specific OS 4.1 release. I followed all the instructions in a guide posted on here. But, when it goes to load the software, it hangs up on "Read radio software configuration". no matter how long I let it sit there, it just stays on that. any suggestions?

Thanks
