Default HELP! BB 7520 ERROR!

I just purchased the BB 7520 about a week ago and I was customizing my profiles and it rebooted with this message...

Device in cal mode.

S/N mismatch. RBSNx

V: Vibrate L: LED B: Buzzer

What happend and how do I fix this???

Just letting you all know. I just got off the phone with Nextel and they said they've gotten a lot of calls about this happening. The OS crashes and the only way to fix it is to send out a new one
