We just upgraded to the exchange 03. We are having some issues with users BB's not receiving email or beeing able to send. Rebooted handhelds. We have recreated all of the profiles on the server. Regenerated encryption keys. reinstalled Desktop Manager. Wiped the handhelds...........
Some handhelds work..............At a loss at this point. Any ideas?
Some are getting an Error that reads. Intellisynch Default profile is invalid
