Yes same here. I know it was not working yesterday. I resent a GIF and JPEG and both opened fine.

I did get a activation email last night so that might have fixed it. Now I it seems that ports on TMO are closed.....

Had to update the web client service book and resend.
When I first installed the new OS, the first time I attempted to retrieve an image, I got an X in the upper corner of the screen when downloading…just Table of Contents and Full Content.
I had to delete the web client service book and resend it via the BWC (from the Profile page when you log in online to check messages…button down on the page for “BlackBerry Web Client Service Book”)
After that, works fine. I am resizing photos to be 240 x 260 and it works fine.
