The problem I always had was if I was calling for support and my bill was maybe one day past the due date, my call was snagged unknowingly by a billing rep. After I would explain in detail my technical problem they would ask me if I knew my bill was a day overdue and when would I be making my payment. I would respond that I'd make my payment within the next 10 days, and they would then try to transfer me to another c/s rep and I would have to begin explaining my problem all over again...very frustrating to say the least.
I have since switched my service to TMO. When you call their support just say the word Blackberry and instantly you are transferred to a BB rep. The other reason I switched was that after numerous requests Cingular would not unlock my phone for overseas travel. Now I am enjoying being on BIS 2.0, I've picked up an extra 300 phone minutes and paying half of what I used to pay.
