I was thinking it would have to do with the user's profile but wasn't sure. I tried everything (from deleting her mail profile... to rebuilding her machine) but it's still not working.
I was thinking maybe we can get it going on BES 4.0 so I'll have to check with my BES admins if it is indeed possible.
Would you have an idea on how to proceed? Perhaps a manual or link, anything that can be of help would do please.
