Default best web sites for blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all

My company's IT policy does not allow software downloads on to the blackberry. So I am looking for any suggestions around directories / map directions web sites that performs similarly as berry411 or glm. In addition, any other useful website recommendations are appreciated.

Interesting... So, you're saying that by installing the apps before activating on the BES will allow those apps to run even with the new policy?

That sounds like a risky loophole.

I don't think that's going to work. Not allowing downloading is probably set by IT Policy, and that is not cleared by a wipe.

Our company requires a password on our devices which is set by IT Policy, and when you wipe a BB that's already had the policy applied, the first thing it does when it comes back up is ask for a new password.

There is a thread somewhere here about replacing IT Policy, but it's probably risky, and depending on your company's industry may be punishable by termination.
