Default Syncronizing folders

Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys, I've got a 7250 with 4.1 on it. I'm trying to get it to see other folders in my mailbox. I've set them up to be visible on the BES, but I can't see them on my handheld. Any ideas what I might be missing.
The only thing I can see when I do a "view folder" from the handheld is the usual phone log sstuff, sms stuff and "Web Client".. None of the folders I set up for syncronization...

when you say you can't see them...as in the folders are not there, or that there's nothing in them?

Emails do not "synchronize" over, so if the message was never delivered to the handheld, you'll never see it on the handheld.

Is this handheld active on the BES? If you get a message in from the BES and try to File it, does it give you a list of folders to file it to?

Cant see the folders. This is my blackberry I'm trying this on, just got a new one as my other one died upon upgrading it to EVDO.
Now I want to see my outlook folders, and I have set them up on the BES. I simply don't see any of the folders on the handheld. Only the "Web Client" folders.
