Default Automatic synch problems

Please Login to Remove!

I've followed the recommended steps to automatically synch my blackberry to outlook upon plugging it in without luck. In the desktop menu, I select the IntelliSync Icon, then in the Configuration section I select Autostart and then select 'Synchronize PIM'. But for some reason it's not working. Any suggestions?
