| CDMA does not use a SIM card.
The GSM/BlackBerry plan will work with with the SE P990. HOWEVER, you will have to configure your SEP990 to be able to receive/send emails through the BES.
You'll need the BlackBerry Connect software for the P990 (not all carriers offer the BBC software for it, even tho they sell it) then you'll need the BB Desktop software for Sony-Ericsson phones. This will allow you to hook your 990 to your companies BES.
You will lose wireless synchronization of Address Book, Tasks, and Memo pad. You will have email functionality and be able to do wireless Calendar.
If you have a GroupWise server, you cannot use BlackBerry Connect phones with it.
