I have a BB 7200 series with Cingular and use BES for my mail.

I can pick up and send email no problem BUT when I receive an email and decide to delete it on my BB it stays in my inbox on the PC. the same happens in revers; I delete an email on my PC but it remains on my BB

I am trying to ensure that each email I delete on EITHER my PC or BB gets deleted on the other to keep them in sync. Make sense?

I am sure this is a simple setting somewhere but for the life of me I can't find it!

Most BB's by default are 'delete on handheld only" there is an option in the email options to change this. i usually put mine on prompt so that i can pick if i want to remove it off my mailbox. as far as the other issue of not seeing the changes you made on your mailbox, the email reconciliation is kind of hit or miss not much you can really do about it. Using Reconcile now command on your BB helps sometimes. also make sure the email in your mailbox is not being moved by a filter to a .pst or another location.
