Default "My T-Mobile" (website) - Billing availability

Please Login to Remove!

Any other T-Mobile customers find it that the Billing Details and Current Activity areas on My T-Mobile are rarely available without a timeout or error? I'm just wanting to make sure I'm not the only one out here having issues ALL THE TIME. I've got about a 2% success rate of actually getting my information. Currently, I cannot even login to My T-Mobile as I'm receiving the error:

"An unexpected error has occurred. We apologize for any inconvenience, please try again later."

mine says it is not viewable on a blackberry.

You should be able to view it with no problem. If not, you can always dial #646# send to find out your minute usage. Dial #225# send to find out how much your bill is including any unbilled charges (ringtones, games, etc). Dial #674# send to find out how many text messages that you've used.

Looking more for billing details. Not viewing it from a BlackBerry - viewing it from many, MANY different PCs on different networks. URL is https://my.t-mobile.com/Billing/

I've never had that issue. I looked at my details on My T-Mobile website from my PC all of the time. I just checked a few moments ago and I saw my billing details.

I've had occasional problems with that site, but can sucessfully access it 9 out of 10 times.
