I'm trying to sync a folder containing word and excel files with my blackberry. I couldn't find any software able to do this.

What do you mean by "sync"? It cannot be done via Desktop Manager if that is your goal.

You can e-mail them and get a viewer to view them. Some file types are readable out of the box, others must get a viewer like Repligo or Dochawk to view.
