| Help! Mail Connector does not work..can't get Exchange email Please Login to Remove! I've been using a Nextel BB for almost 2 years, no problems. With this latest BIS upgrade, something is wrong and I cannot add my work email account, only my personal POP3 accounts. I get prompted to download the Mail Connector, go through all that, and then every time get this: "Error communicating with Mail Connector. Please make sure the client is downloaded and working properly". As a result I cannot add my work email, which is through an Exchange server, NO BES. I even went back and tried Redirector, which is forwarding my POP3 email, but I still can't get my work email added to this. I don't know what else to do and this is very frustrating. Karen |
