Salesforce.com is great! They have an add on component for BB users that is $50/month/user. I am not aware of what their base user amount is but I knnow it is not cheap!

To answer the initial question, we tried various solutions. We ended up integrating ACT! with our Blackberries using the CompanionLink software. This gave us the basics we needed; contact information with history/notes, and tasks from ACT!. All other items like Sales Pipeline etc. are handled on ACT! itself. This gave us the best cost solution for our needs. If you have more needs than that, look at Nice Office; I believe their basic service is free but the "professional" service is $19.95 / month

10 Digits is the wireless extension for Microsoft CRM solution. It is not a srtand alone. Any standard enterprise CRM solution can be extended to a BB.

Are you running a BES? With 4.1 you should be able to access it easily. Vaultus is another option...

Yes we have a BES 4.1 just got set up. We also have microsoft CRM 3.0 loaded on our exchange server. I just want to know if tendigits software was the only prog out there to let me use the CRM from my mobile. Ill check on that other prog thanks. Oh and by the way, if a moderator wants to make this sticky. I just found out that if you bought a blackberry after may 02 06 then you are eligible for a free BES server software with 1 license

4.1 should have all the tools you need to extend MS CRM to the devices.
