Default BES and 2 exchange mailboxes

Please Login to Remove!

Hello.
I am running BES 4.0 and Exchange 2003.
I have a user that monitors 2 mailboxes when he is in the office...and wants to know if he can get both on the BES.

His normal mailbox works great on the berry - but can I add the "info" mailbox to his BBerry as well?
And if I can, how can I do that and differentiate the mail?

Thanks in advance!

Default

you can only have 1 BES inbox going to 1 handheld - this i believe is at least in part due to the fact you can only get 1 set of desktop service books on a handheld at a time

what you can do is set up the 2nd account through BIS. If you want real time delivery like BES then set up a server side forwarding rule. other wise you can set it up using POP/IMAP access; using your OWA settings; or mail connector (which is software kinda like redirector)

to differentiate the email set up a filter in your BIS that states basically:

if - to: field contains [email address]
then - forward to handheld and mark as level 1

with level 1 notification the email sent to this address will show in bold letters on the handheld; while email received from the BES will show as normal

hope this helps
