Default Why Application Loader can't list installed Applications?

Please Login to Remove!

My BB is with BES. The Application Loader Wizard can't retrive the pre-installed applications as such Input method, Font etc, the list Window is empty with a notice something like contact your carrier or BES.

Is this because of BES IT policy? BES admin prevents listing pre-installed applications?

If I install my a new application from Application Loader, it could be shown up so I can uncheck to unstall it later.

Not exactly sure what you are seeing. Screen shots help, but if you don't see anything that means you don't have any OS software loaded on your PC. You need to do that first and then you will see the programs where you can see the checkboxes. There is a post here with links to the OS's. Please search for that.

Here is the screenshot.

I launched Desptop Manager then Application Loader.

The About/Device Software is empty...

What is 'OS Software' meaning? I searched for 'OS Software' got tonz of results...

Do you mean that I have to install both BlackBerry Desktop Software and BlackBerry Handheld Software?

My carrier BB software is here:
https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads...3314DF2B3CB9CE

So both Desptop software and Handheld Software need to be installed on PC side?
I thought BlackBerry Handheld Software is for BB device only... will try to install that too.

It works by installing both two... except when updating from Application Loader List, BB Messenger is gone, had to reinstall it.

If it is only the applications that are missing in the application loader, I have had this same problem. You need to keep the application file on your computer even you've installed it. I loaded a couple applications and then deleted the original files off of my computer. The next time I went to run my application loader, it couldn't see those original files and then took the programs off my BB.
