Default BB will not charge!

Please Login to Remove!

I have until recently been using a 7250, corporate just switched us to 7520's and due to circumstance I have kept my old chargers from the 7250.

I have had the new unit for only a few days and I cannot get it to charge. I've tried my travel charger, car charger, and also the USB cable, all to no avail.

Does anyone have any ideas??

It is a slight emergency as I work in an emergency response industry which requires me to have respond to my phone at all hours.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

my only guess would be a bad connection, maybe even a bad unit.

Try removing the battery for 30 seconds. I had the same problem and that worked for me.

Then why are you posting here? call your IT support department/emergency contact, or blackberry support/carrier support.

if it's not working in the travel charger I'd put it on a bum handheld.

See if it powers up and works ok with the battery in and on the travel charger. If it powers on, but as soon as you unplug it goes off, it's the battery.

Had that problem recently.
