Hi...I apologize if I missed this somewhere in the forum. I searched but did not find.

Anyway, we use BES 4.0 and Lotus Notes as our email system. Everything works fine, except for 2 users. The problem is that on any given day, they can wake up the next morning and find that all their email on their handheld is now marked as unread. This has happened to one user on a somewhat consistent basis, then today it happened with another user. Everyone's set up is the same, so this is rather confusing to me. It also doesn't seem to happen on a schedule...meaning they can go weeks before it happens again. It does nothing to the email on the notes client, it's just on the handheld.

Anyone have any insight into this problem?
