Default Trouble with email setup with BES Lotus Notes

Please Login to Remove!

I just received a Blackberry for work. The model is 7510 with service through Nextel. It's a hand-me-down from one of my managers. He ended up porting his service/number from Nextel to Cingular. The hand-me-down I have has a new number, but the same SIM card. The BB can send/receive phone calls w/o a problem.

The setup is through BES using Lotus Notes. I am unable to send/receive emails. I have the correct Notes Domino Server/Notes ID for Desktop Manager. When I try to send an email the status says "Service Blocked". I have tried a master radio reset, and a hard reset. I have also called Nextel on 3 occassions and they say I should be setup for data.

From reading the board, it looks like PIN numbers are important to the functionality of the BB. When you port service from one carrier to another, does the PIN info get ported too? If so, would it be possible that I still have my manager's PIN number, and now that his service is with Cingular, would it be a possible reason why I am unable to send/receive email with Nextel?
