Default "working"?

Please Login to Remove!

Hello, I am new to BB and have been having nothing but trouble. I am getting decryption errors when I try and reply to emails from my BB. I searched and found out how to fix that. It didnt work but I will go back and check on that. My problem is that when I hook my BB to my computer it shows "working" on my desktop manager. I left it running for 30 min and it was still "working". What can I do to solve this?

Thanks,
Hal

I would try uninstalling and re-installing the desktop manager for starters....

Take a look at thread 35227 (sorry, can't post URL yet because I don't have at least 10 posts). I had the same issue and this solution worked for me!

Upgrade to the latest desktop manager version. This problem was eventually fixed by RIM.
